In Part 2-1: Commands, at the explanation for the commands, it is stated that "a unit can", but reading the rules I noted that it says "Only OW an N/C commands allow a vehicle to take no specific action". I can be wrong but I understood that a unit with a Fire, Move or Short Halt, must Fire, Move or Fire and Move if it has one of those markers assigned to them.
So it seems (to me at least) that the tutorial should state that "a unit must" for the Fire, Short Halt & Move commands, so people new to the game don't get the wrong idea for these commands.
Don't get me wrong, the tutorials are great !

You're right, the verb should be "must", not "can". I made these tutorials very quickly during a weekend. I should have looked at the rules more thoroughly. Thank you for pointing this out. I'll correct it.
Nevertheless, I say in the tutorials that in case of doubt, the rules are right, the tutorial is wrong. I hope newbies had payed attention to the instructions before each chapter that state that a number of rules must be read.
