Hi all,
looking at the offical maps I miss one common terrain feature: grainfields. I was always wondering why the maps don't show grainfields since tey could be found in the ukraine or elsewhere an the eastern front and of course in normandy, maybe not that large as on the eastern front. It would be interesting to see existing scenarios with this terrain added. That would give them a new approach. I know many players are not fans of overlays, but this would be one way to create new battlefields/scenarios built on already existing ones. It may need some Scenario balance adjusting but wouldn't it be worth giving it a try? Fernando already developed a grainfield rule for his epsom scenario. What do you think?

It's curious that I have just uploaded two new terrain types to the Panzer Pusher site. They are Brush and Crops terrain and they are basically the same as clear terrain except for spotting: they are treated as Light and Medium cover for spotting, respectively. These basic terrain rules are from Jim Day and he provided them when I was designing the Epsom scenario, so you can consider them as official. Now we need maps with those terrain types, although you can find some here.
